Once you have purchased a computer or laptop, Indyweb.net is here for you when you need repair or service. At Indyweb.net, we take great pride in our computer repair department and treat our customer computers as if they were our own. When viruses, trojans, malware and spyware make their way into a computer,they can wreak havoc on the day to day operation of any business. We also repair home computers. Our goal is to get your computer repaired as quickly as possible so you may continue with life as seamlessly as possible.
Website Design and Development
Indyweb.net also takes great pride in giving our customers a proper presence on the web with custom built websites. We do not sell pre-built website templates as many other development companies do. Your website is designed and developed with your input based on your logo and the colors you choose.
We know that producing an effective website is not a one shot deal. Your website must be dynamic and change with the flow of your business. At IndyWeb, we are always responsive to your requests in a timely manner. You will find us just as willing to make updates to an existing site as those that are new development. If you need it, we’ll do it.
We have the expertise to help you find the most cost effective and robust solution to your Internet needs. All of our sites are written to be transportable and use existing W3C and ISOC standards. All registrations such as domain names and SSL certificates of registered in the customer’s name and never ours. If open source solutions are available that will provide secure and effect components to produce your site, we will provide you with the information needed to decide on their implementation. IndyWeb wants to keep our customers by providing quality service. We will not develop your Site in any way that will prevent its transfer to another provider.
Hosting
Indyweb can host your site on one of our custom built, State of the Art, Linux or Windows servers located in our own Secure data center. We do not rent space on others servers. IndyWeb maintains our own Power Backup systems and we have the data Bandwidth needed for your site. We do not depend on other organizations to maintain our systems, we have complete hands-on access and we have intimate knowledge of every one of our systems. We keep nightly backups of all Web sites for a minimum of 1 week.
E-mail
IndyWeb also maintains several Mail Servers. Our servers check incoming mail for Viruses and we flag all mail that is considered to be Spam. We do not delete messages flagged as Spam, but instead allow you to make the decision to keep or remove those messages. Any messages that are found to have an attachment containing a virus do have the attachment removed. We do not put limits on what you can send by content or size. This of course does not mean we don’t have rules. We do not allow our customers to send Spam or and messages that would contain illegal content.
